Tecno Impianti S.r.l. designs and manufactures also off-line wire drawing bullblocks, for customers who need big productions of drawing wires.

The wire drawing bullblocks Mod. MO/P are utilized for drawing wire with diameter from 6,0 to 30,0 mm.
They can be part of complete wire drawing lines for the production of drawn wire in coils with weight of 1500 - 2000 kg.
The capstan is of the short kind, because drawn wire is taken-up directly on wire carriers positioned on a rotating base located in a hole in front of the drawing capstan.
From there, the wire coils can be sent directly to the cold heading area where they will be used for feeding the production machines or can be placed on a coil compacting unit, for the compacting and binding operations.


The vertical wire drawing bullblocks Mod. MV can be utilized for drawing wires of small and medium diameter.
The wire drawn by these bullblocks can be taken-up with a stripper or can be sent directly to a spooler, where it will be taken-up on reels.
