Power-driven uncoilers Mod. AP

Their main functions are:
- Pre-feed and pre-straighten wire coils, with consistent reduction of downtimes.
- Bring wire up to the feed rolls of the cold heading machines, with reduction of the load on the feeding mechanism of the production machine.
- Increase the overall efficiency of the cold heading machine.

These machines can be supplied complete with many optional features:
- Longer coil support arm, for larger wire coils.
- Rotating base.
- Additional set of straightening rolls.
- Cutting-off device.
- Chamfering device.
- Adjustable-speed drive.


The power-driven uncoilers Mod. AP can be supplied also in the two-arms version, for further reduction of downtimes.
While the first arm is working, the operator can already start to prepare the wire coil on the second arm.
When the wire coil on the first arm has been depleted, the second arm will be positioned in working position, thanks to the rotating base.
