Cold rolling lines with single bullblock
Tecno
Impianti S.r.l. has a great experience in the design
and manufacture of lines for the production of smooth
or ribbed wire for the construction industry.
From the traditional wire drawing lines with dies, we
have moved to the utilization of rolling and profiling
rolls in tungsten carbide, which permit to reach working
speed of 12 mt/sec.
The rolls are installed on turk-heads, with regulation
of rolls position with motor-reducers or on cassettes,
which are utilized when frequent size changes are needed
on the same line.

The
cold rolling line shown here above is utilized for production
of smooth or ribbed wire with diameter from 5,0 to 12,0
mm.
It is equipped with cassettes, installed in-line with
a horizontal bullblock Mod. MO/P which is equipped with
a strain-relieving device.
The wire is taken-up on reels, utilizing a horizontal
spooler Mod. BOT, with maximum weight of 3000 kg.
Modern
steel factories, which produce coils of kg. 2000, have
put us in condition of developing lines with very high
production rates.
In these late years, many important manufacturers of welded
mesh and lattice girders have installed our production
lines, with full satisfaction.
We have supplied these kind of lines to many customers
around the world. More than 40% of the cold rolling lines
manufactured by us has been sold abroad.

This
other cold rolling line, shown here above, is utilized for
production of smooth or ribbed wire with diameter from 4,0
to 12,0 mm.
It is equipped with turk-heads, installed ahead of a two-passes
vertical bullblock Mod. MV.
The wire is taken-up on reels, utilizing a vertical spooler
Mod. BVT, with maximum weight of 2000 kg.
The
reels utilized on our cold rolling lines can be fixed,
for the feeding of the welding machines, or collapsible,
when the coils must be bound for eventual sale.
The lines can be supplied with fixed-speed A.C. drive,
with variable-speed A.C. drive (Inverter) or with D.C.
drive.
