Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures some models of vertical motorized uncoilers, which are part of the series SVM.<\/p>\n\n
They are utilized for the uncoiling of wire on coil-holders or of wire rods before a cold heading machine.<\/p>\n\n
The structure is made of electro-welded steel and the diameter of the coil holding platform may vary within a certain range according to the size of the coil to be unwound; the internal centering allows the coils to unwind safely.<\/p>\n\n
The machine is equipped with a motor for functioning with a variable-speed drive, which allows us to work in synchrony with the cold heading machine positioned downstream.<\/p>\n\n
As the cold heading machine works in alternate mode, while our uncoiler works in continuous mode, a compensating arm is positioned on the uncoiler that indeed acts as compensator between the alternating mode of the heading machine and the continuous mode of the uncoiler.<\/p>\n\n
The uncoiler is also equipped with a group of rolls that facilitate the passage of the wire and of an electrical control unit complete with an LCD digital panel.<\/p>\n\n
