Tecno Impianti Srl designs and manufactures the mechanical descaling machines of the DM series.<\/p>\n\n
They are installed immediately after the uncoilers of the SV series and are utilized to clean the surface of the wire, before it passes through the lubricant dispenser.<\/p>\n\n
Rollers with tungsten carbide inserts are installed inside the descaling machine. They are positioned in such a way that the wire, passing through them, is cleaned from the calamine present on the surface. <\/p>\n\n
The calamine is then collected in a special container that can be easily emptied occasionally.<\/p>\n\n
At the exit of the machine there is a blower that eliminates any calamine residues still present on the wire.<\/p>\n\n
Tecno Impianti flaking machines can also be completed with a subsequent fine cleaning device for the wire, to obtain an even more complete cleaning.<\/p>\n\n
