{"id":2016,"date":"2025-03-04T08:59:44","date_gmt":"2025-03-04T07:59:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnoimp.agomir.com\/prodotti\/rolling-cassettes\/"},"modified":"2025-03-14T12:41:19","modified_gmt":"2025-03-14T11:41:19","slug":"rolling-cassettes","status":"publish","type":"prodotti","link":"https:\/\/www.tecnoimpianti-italy.com\/en\/products\/rolling-cassettes\/","title":{"rendered":"Rolling Cassettes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Tecno Impianti CRC series cold rolling cassettes are used to perform rolling and profiling operations on the wire, for the production of smooth and ribbed wire.<\/p>\n\n<p>Robust and innovative in design, they allow to reduce the time needed for the installation of the rollers.<\/p>\n\n<p>These cassettes do not require an axial adjustment of each individual roller, as the very tight tolerances of each individual component of the cassettes guarantee self-alignment.<\/p>\n\n<p>Having a set of cassettes in operation and a second set off-line, already prepared with the rollers for the next application, the downtime is reduced.
