The year 2024 represents the achievement of an important milestone for Tecno Impianti: 45 years of activity, during which we have accumulated considerable experience in the drawing machine sector. Experience acquired in the field, studying and designing new solutions, manufacturing, testing and modifying prototypes which would then become new machine models to be placed on the market.
To date there is at least one Tecno Impianti machine that is working in 53 Countries around the World.
We have also been operating in the fasteners sector for several decades.
We have become the leading European company in the supply of drawing machines for that sector. We can supply machines that work in line with cold forming machines or chain machines and machines that are used to produce drawn wire, coil-to-coil.
For the fasteners sector we have built and sold 2500 in-line drawing machines, 350 power-driven horizontal uncoilers to feed cold heading machines with medium-large diameter wire, 850 machines for wire head pointing, 50 horizontal bull-blocks for drawing wire from coil-to-coil.
For that and other sectors of the of the metallic wire industry, we design and manufacture also: vertical uncoilers (idle and motorized), wire feeding/straightening units, hydraulic push-pointers, tilting units for wire carriers, coil compactors, wet wire drawing machines for galvanized wire and welding wire, cold rolling lines for wire for electro-welded mesh, coilers, vertical and horizontal spoolers.
