Tecno Impianti has planned and manufactured a new line of drawing for steel wires and cables with tensile strength of 150 kg/mm².
The line is composed of:
Uncoiler Mod. SVSP. .
Suitable for uncoiling coils / reels for wires with max diameter 3.50 mm., it can be equipped with a system with motorized platform to avoid tangles during uncoiling.
Drawing machine Mod. TR350/9 .
Compact version with modular capstans in forged steel of diameter 350 mm arranged in series, with automatic control and direct regulation of pullings and speeds via pneumatic contrasting dancers. The machine is suitable for the drawing of wires with low and high carbon content. The cooling system, of the high turbulence type, is made more efficient thanks to the new solutions adopted by Tecno Impianti. The dies are directly water-cooled and it is possible to mount single or pressure dies. The cassettes can be oriented in all directions. The motors are AC vector control, servo-ventilated, IP55.
Horizontal spooler Mod. BO800.
Suitable to work with fixed and collapsible reels with flanges of diameter 800 mm and collection capacity of 1000 Kg. The stratification is of electronic type, for winding of wires from 0.9 to 1.5 mm. The synchronization with the drawing machine is obtained by the dancer placed at the exit of the drawing machine.
