Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures horizontal spoolers of the BO series for collecting smooth or ribbed wires on fixed or collapsible spools from:
- Wire drawing lines for cold heading wire.
- Wet wire drawing lines for galvanized or copper-coated wire.
- Cold rolling lines.
They are available in various sizes, depending on the required application.
The BO horizontal spoolers can be integrated with a spool tilting device, which is used to position the spool vertically after its extraction.
Additionally, a strapping system for bundling the coils can be provided as an accessory.
