In many companies there is the need of tilting empty wire carriers for inserting on them strapped wire coils for then uncoiling them in vertical position, or extracting from the carriers coils which then must be handled in horizontal position.

The machine is designed according to the layout of the Customers’ carriers and well dimensioned for the total weight which has to be tilted
It is composed of a base chassis with a platform which can be tilted at 90°, equipped with a wire carrier centering device. The wire carrier is blocked on the platform by means of proper harpoons.
The machine is equipped with hydraulic and electrical units, for the command and control of the operations. All the operations can be executed by means of a push-button panel or with radio-command.
The working area is protected by proper protections fences with photoelectric barriers installed on the loading/unloading side.
